Shipping Costs
It is a $6.99 USD flat rate for each item, except for some special offers that are announced on our website.
How do I track my order?
We will email you a tracking number, usually 1-2 days after your order has been placed. Please allow 2-3 days for tracking information to be updated and shown in the system.
Processing Times
We process all orders within 1 to 2 days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays).
When your product ships, another notification will be sent to you.

Delivery Notes
Orders shipped outside the US may incur additional tax and/or customs charges upon arrival. Please check any import fees that may apply before ordering.
Please note: we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs, taxes, or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government.
If the delivery failed due to an incorrect shipping address provided during checkout, you are not eligible for a refund. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping information is accurate.
If the delivery failed because you didn't pick up the parcel, you are not eligible for a refund.
If your item is in transit, we cannot issue a refund. It is no longer possible to change the shipping address once your order has been dispatched. We recommend double-checking your address before placing your order.
If you refused a package from Wixlure, a processing and handling fee of 20% of your item price will be deducted from the net amount of your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the tracking information for your package states that it is delivered and you have not received it - please contact the courier stated in your shipment confirmation. Wixlure does not issue refunds for packages that are marked as delivered.
Wixlure is not responsible for packages that have been damaged, lost, or stolen in transit unless you selected the INSURANCE shipping option and paid for it during checkout to Wixlure.
Wixlure will not be responsible for the shipping delays that result from your country's customs review.
In the event that we are unable to fulfill a large number of orders for our private labeling products due to high demand, we will send you the identical product with the same specifications and quality but without private labeling, as we received a different batch from our supplier in accordance with market demand.
