Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for some items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@wixlure.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, you need to contact us with photos of the product (no need to return the item) we will evaluate the issue and immediately send out a new product.
Not as described or the wrong product
If you find your order is not as described or you received the wrong product you need to contact us with photos of the product, we will provide a return shipping information, once it’s tracking we will ship the right new product immediately.
Change of mind
Change of Mind is not acceptable. No Return Or Refund will be Processed.
Please Note! color may be slightly different from the photo as each product is manufactured in a different batch.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancel order
We usually ship immediately the orders. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately, we will send a request to the processing department but we can't guarantee the cancellation, however, you can always return the order once you received it.
Failed Delivery
If the delivery failed due to an incorrect shipping address provided during checkout, you are not eligible for a refund. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping information is accurate.
If the delivery failed because you didn't pick up the parcel, you are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (2 business days processing time from the product receiving date), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
